I had completely missed a part of the exercise routines. I am finding it really difficult to find info that I need [ maybe its me] - it feels a bit like a treasure hunt to find vital info. Sorry Dax - but I really would have found it much easier to receive an e mail with instructions. I feel like I am constantly missing things now, even though I am scouring through the 'community' pages all the time.
