Day 6

Finally the weekend is here & a long awaited lie in. Down to no carbs today, at a dinner tonight so will be interesting to see how easy it is to eat a good meal.

Measurement update:

Chest: 106 cm
Waist: 93 cm [ -4 cm]
Hip: 108 cm [ -1 cm]
Thigh: 64 cm
Calf: 43 cm
Arm: 36 cm

Weight: 174

Day 5

Feeling much more in the swing of things now. Feel good from all the excercise. More alert & back to my normal self. Sleeping really well, which although I do normally i am sleeping for much longer.

Measurement update:

Chest: 106 cm
Waist: 97 cm
Hip: 109 cm
Thigh: 64 cm [-2]
Calf: 43 cm [-2]
Arm: 36 cm [-1]

Weight: 174

Bit dispondant that my waist is not getting smaller, but to be honest its always the last place I loose any weight. It seems to hang on for dear life there.

Day 4

Feel like I'm getting to grips with this now, less sore & my head is getting back to normal after feeling like it had been hit by a bus for the past couple of days. Very positive about the weighloss.

Hip: 109 cm
Thigh: 64 cm
Calf: 45 cm [ +2]
Arm: 37 cm

Weight: 174 cm

Wight going down, measurements going up - what's happening here?????

Day 3

Woke up at 11 am - unheard of for me. I am still so unbelievably tired. But I did get through all the exercises today. Although I found out during the PT session that I was doing it all wrong.

I had completely missed a part of the exercise routines. I am finding it really difficult to find info that I need [ maybe its me] - it feels a bit like a treasure hunt to find vital info. Sorry Dax - but I really would have found it much easier to receive an e mail with instructions. I feel like I am constantly missing things now, even though I am scouring through the 'community' pages all the time.

Day 2
Woke up in agony! Could barely get up. My legs & lower body completely in pain. Could not get up stairs unaided, let alone sit down on a chair - is this how its meant to be?

I have followed the diet today, but not the excercises - my body was unable [ I am not going to lie]
But what I am finding most difficult to deal with is the overwhelming sensation of tiredness - I fell asleep all afternoon. This is so unlike me - I am usually an early riser & active with work & social stuff all day. I feel really drained. Not good at all. Also feeling v depressed - am I the only one?

Weight: 175 [-5 from start]

I will do my very best to get back on the excercise wagon today & back on track with the program. Any help on how to counterbalance the agony would be much appreciated.

Day 1

Was so unbelievably tired last night that I could not keep my eyes open for another miniute to type in my daily blog update.
After rushing around in meetings in the morning & taking/collecting my adorable husband to hospital to get his wisdom teeth out during the day, getting his sympathy shopping of soups, Ben & Jerry's & grapes. I really felt like I had hit the ground running when I arrived at Dax's studio to begin my workout regime at 2 pm.
I followed through my work outs again at 6 pm & a short circuit at 9 pm, before collapsing.

Diet today consisted of: Breakfast - porridge & boiled egg. Lunch - Salad with poached salmon & evening meal cold roasted chicken with salad. Snacks during the day consisted of handful of almonds, an apple & some home made humous.

Waist: 92 cm
Hip: 109 cm
Thigh: 63 cm
Calf: 42 cm
Arm: 38 cm

Weight 178 lbs

Can't move a muscle this morning & could hardly lift my head off the pillow so not looking forward to the rest of the day - I am usually full of beans in the morning!
