Post 30 by 30 results


Apologies this is so late. The photos were taken a few days after the trial officially ended, but have the most dreadful internet connection here - thanks BT! & have been away as well. I have continued with the elimination diet & excercise routines & have continued to loose a few more pounds.
Am pretty happy with everything overall, just need to tackle those Michelin man arms now!

Day 28

Another day, a few pounds less........

Measurement update:

Chest: 105cm
Waist: 87cm [ -1 from day 23]
Hip: 105cm
Thigh: 64cm
Calf: 40cm [-2 from day 23]
Arm: 36cm

Weight - 176Ib! [ from 192 lb at start] I am now below 80 kilos which is amazing to me as I can't remember the last time the scales were in the 70's. I must say, I'm pretty happy with that.

Day 23

Long time no see - what with very bad internet connection & some European travel I have not been able to sit down & update my blog.

All going well, love the program, especially the diet part.

Measurement update:

Chest: 105 cm [ -5 - from start]
Waist: 88 cm [ -6 from start]
Hip: 105 cm [ -5 ]
Thigh: 62 cm [-1 - always the last to change]
Calf: 42 cm [ +2]
Arm: 36 cm [ -1]

Weight - now heres a thing, we bought new scales & discovered that I was really much heavier than I had thought. I think I must have actually started at around 192 lb & I am now 180lb!

Day 6

Finally the weekend is here & a long awaited lie in. Down to no carbs today, at a dinner tonight so will be interesting to see how easy it is to eat a good meal.

Waist: 93 cm [ -4 cm]
Hip: 108 cm [ -1 cm]
Thigh: 64 cm
Calf: 43 cm
Arm: 36 cm

Day 5

Feeling much more in the swing of things now. Feel good from all the excercise. More alert & back to my normal self. Sleeping really well, which although I do normally i am sleeping for much longer.

Measurement update:

Chest: 106 cm
Waist: 97 cm
Hip: 109 cm
Thigh: 64 cm [-2]
Calf: 43 cm [-2]
Arm: 36 cm [-1]

Weight: 174

Bit dispondant that my waist is not getting smaller, but to be honest its always the last place I loose any weight. It seems to hang on for dear life there.

Day 4

Feel like I'm getting to grips with this now, less sore & my head is getting back to normal after feeling like it had been hit by a bus for the past couple of days. Very positive about the weighloss.

Day 3

Woke up at 11 am - unheard of for me. I am still so unbelievably tired. But I did get through all the exercises today. Although I found out during the PT session that I was doing it all wrong.

I had completely missed a part of the exercise routines. I am finding it really difficult to find info that I need [ maybe its me] - it feels a bit like a treasure hunt to find vital info. Sorry Dax - but I really would have found it much easier to receive an e mail with instructions. I feel like I am constantly missing things now, even though I am scouring through the 'community' pages all the time.
