Woke up in agony! Could barely get up. My legs & lower body completely in pain. Could not get up stairs unaided, let alone sit down on a chair - is this how its meant to be?
I have followed the diet today, but not the excercises - my body was unable [ I am not going to lie]
But what I am finding most difficult to deal with is the overwhelming sensation of tiredness - I fell asleep all afternoon. This is so unlike me - I am usually an early riser & active with work & social stuff all day. I feel really drained. Not good at all. Also feeling v depressed - am I the only one?
Measurement update:
Chest: 107 cm [ -1]
Waist: 92 cm
Hip: 109 cm
Thigh: 62 cm [-1]
Calf: 42 cm
Arm: 38 cm
Weight: 175 [-5 from start]
I will do my very best to get back on the excercise wagon today & back on track with the program. Any help on how to counterbalance the agony would be much appreciated.
The mobility matix really does help. Dax talks about delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) the day after working out. I'ts really tough but if you keep going your muscles adapt. Best wishes!
