Day 1

Was so unbelievably tired last night that I could not keep my eyes open for another miniute to type in my daily blog update.
After rushing around in meetings in the morning & taking/collecting my adorable husband to hospital to get his wisdom teeth out during the day, getting his sympathy shopping of soups, Ben & Jerry's & grapes. I really felt like I had hit the ground running when I arrived at Dax's studio to begin my workout regime at 2 pm.
I followed through my work outs again at 6 pm & a short circuit at 9 pm, before collapsing.

Diet today consisted of: Breakfast - porridge & boiled egg. Lunch - Salad with poached salmon & evening meal cold roasted chicken with salad. Snacks during the day consisted of handful of almonds, an apple & some home made humous.

Measurement update:
Chest: 108 cm
Waist: 92 cm
Hip: 109 cm
Thigh: 63 cm
Calf: 42 cm
Arm: 38 cm

Weight 178 lbs

Can't move a muscle this morning & could hardly lift my head off the pillow so not looking forward to the rest of the day - I am usually full of beans in the morning!
